Antioch Summer Wine Walk

The village of Antioch will be hosting its second wine walk Saturday June 5th and Hannah's is one of the scheduled stops.

This event is a great way to explore the shops and restaruants in the downtown area, try different wines and make new friends.

Each participant will taste between 40 and 45 wines in various locations all within walking distance of each other and the event spans 3 1/2 hours, so you have plenty of time to walk the event. Finger foods will be served at some of the locations. The event will start at 1 PM at the band shell on Skidmore Dr where you will be given a wine glass, a list of participants and descriptions of the wines.

Tickets are available at the Antioch Parks and Recreation Office.

New Paper Crafting Instructor Joins our Team

We are so excited to introduce you to our latest paper crafting instructor, Sue. She lives in Northern Illinois with her husband, 3 children and two dogs. Sue loves making cards and other projects using her stamps and inks. She has been fortunate enough to be published in several magazines over the past year including Stampers Sampler, Take Ten, Crafts N Things and Cardmaker Magazine. Sue is also really happy to be on the Design and Instructor team for Memory Box. She really likes playing with techniques and creating a variety of styles of cards. Sue is looking forward to teaching classes on a regular basis at Hannah's and sharing some of the fun ideas and techniques along with some fabulous stamps and papers from Memory Box.
